Returns & Exchange

Products can be exchanged or returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible, the product must be unused and in original condition, including the original price tag.

Damage due to misuse, neglect, or wear and tear will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.

To initiate a return or exchange request, visit the "My Orders" section on our website.

We may request detailed pictures of the product, including the original price tag. Once verified, your request will be authorized, and we will arrange for pickup.

If your pin-code is not serviceable, you may need to courier the product to our warehouse within 15 days of authorization.

SLA

Upon receipt at our warehouse, we will ship the new product for exchanges or process a refund for returns.

Return process will happen in 5-7 working days. Refund will be happening in 5-7 working day.
